Please review the following cancellation guidelines carefully: • You must cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance (specify which you prefer).     •    Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service price and forfeiture of your deposit.     •    No-Call/No-Show: Failure to show up without any notice will result in full payment due before future appointments can be booked and loss of any deposit paid.     •    Frequent Cancellations: Repeated cancellations or rescheduling (more than 2 times within 6 months) may require prepayment of services in full.
